Services for Individuals with Disabilities:

Metrowest Employment Collaborative is a regional employment collaborative representing over twenty community partners, providing information and resources to employers, employment providers, state agencies, and individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to increase the number of competitive employment opportunities available to job seekers with disabilities.

The Metrowest Collaborative seeks to end the disparities in access to competitive employment for all individuals with disabilities in the Boston Metrowest Region by promoting system change. By forging collaboration with the business community, consumers, human service organizations, and state agencies, the Collaborative is creating an environment where these stakeholders can collaborate to achieve mutually beneficial partnerships and productive employment outcomes.

The Collaborative’s goals include:

• Build a collaborative that creates sustainable outcomes.
• Increase skills training opportunities for job seekers in the health care sector in the metrowest region.
• Develop common themes about doing business differently with employers and job seekers.
